Just ordered new hall and stair carpet, conservatory vinyl flooring and living room vinyl flooring from the Winchmore store. Martin was exceptionally helpful when we were looking for particular floor coverings and carpets. Martin spent a lot of time patiently explaining each product and the process from start to finish. The home visit was conducted by Paul and he explained different options for carrying out the task e.g. removing and moving furniture and what the fitters will do when fitting the products. I have purchased many carpets/floors in the past, but must say Martin and Paul at LONDON CAREPT SOLUTIONS in WINCHMORE HILL were very helpful/knowledgable and put us both as ease. Great service from start to finish, no hard sell, they bought the samples to my home on time, and gave great information. Unlike carpet right/tapi who would not leave us alone as soon as we walked in the door (typical high street hard sales staff). Once carpet ordered. Kept up to date by email and phone of progress of order. Carpet was ready quickly and installed 2 weeks after order. Fitters called with eta on day and the night before, did a great job and left clean and tidy. Also had follow up call from then to ensure everything was ok. I choose an 80% wool mix that was offered at an astonishingly competitive price vs the main high street retail stores. Excellent work from Martin and William. Martin was really knowledgeable, thorough and explained in detail what the job would be. I also wanted a different color carpet in one of the rooms and he made sure that the correct room was selected for that. He also talked us through the carpet options, explained the differences and helped us choose. The fitting job was also done fast and with amazing quality. William was also extremely helpful in explaining the process, and answered my many questions about the carpet names, prices and quotes. Overall extremely happy with the result!
